Agency licensing

Bleu Financial LLC, doing business as Bleu Insurance Group, is a licensed insurance agency.

That is the whole of what we are. We are not a broker-dealer and we are not a registered investment adviser, so nothing here is investment advice and no one here is acting as your investment adviser or your fiduciary. The people who speak with consumers on our behalf are licensed insurance agents, and that is how they are described on this site.

Where we can help

Insurance products, their availability, and the licensing required to sell them vary from state to state. We do not publish a list of states on this site. If you get in touch, a licensed insurance agent can tell you whether we are able to help where you live.

Securities

Variable universal life insurance is a security as well as an insurance policy. Bleu Financial holds no broker-dealer registration, so variable products are covered here as education only — how they work, what they cost, what can go wrong — and are neither recommended nor offered. Buying one means going through a registered representative, which is not us.

Bleu Financial provides general insurance education about variable universal life. Bleu Financial does not offer securities or provide investment recommendations, and its licensed insurance agents do not sell variable products or advise on their investment options. Questions about a variable policy's securities features or investment options should be discussed with an appropriately registered securities professional, and the prospectus should be reviewed before considering a variable policy.
